Truce is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI-generated proposals are non-binding suggestions, not legal determinations. Nothing on this platform creates an attorney-client relationship.
Truce is a technology platform that facilitates voluntary dispute resolution between parties. We provide a structured process for parties to present their perspectives and receive AI-generated proposals for potential resolution. Truce is a communication tool — it does not adjudicate disputes, render legal judgments, or enforce outcomes.
Nothing provided by Truce — including AI-generated proposals, platform communications, or support emails — constitutes legal advice. If your situation involves legal rights, potential legal liability, or significant financial stakes, you should consult a licensed attorney. Truce does not replace legal counsel.
The resolution proposals generated by Truce are produced by artificial intelligence based on the information submitted by both parties. These proposals:
Acceptance of a proposal through the Truce platform creates a voluntary agreement between the parties. Truce is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for its enforcement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Filing a case and responding to a case are free. A $79 fee is charged to unlock AI-generated resolution proposals. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Truce treats dispute content as confidential. We do not publicly disclose the details of disputes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how information is collected, used, and protected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truce and its operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Truce is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $79, whichever is greater.
Truce is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI proposals will be accurate or appropriate for your situation. Use of Truce is at your own risk.
Any dispute between you and Truce about the platform, these Terms, or our services (as opposed to your dispute with another party) will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any such dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of Truce after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
